Uncle of Kimberly, Ria and many others.
Relative of the Boyce, Small, Reid and Dalrymple families.
Friend of Erskine King, Sir David Simmons, Neil Murrell, Ronald Thompson, Claire Toney-Moore, Donna Clarke, Paula Grannum, Gregory Catlyn, Nicole Williams, Oliver Agard, Wayne Leacock, Granville Williams, Dolton Lovell and others too numerous to mention.

The body of the late Hartley Neville Clement will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 4:00 โ€“ 6:00 p.m. All COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.

I am wishing you peace to bring comfort, the courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

It was a pleasure working with Hartley and I will miss our many conversations and debates. May he rest in peace.
