IMELDAH HINDS NÉE REECE, aged 85, of 1st Avenue Pine Plantation Road, St. Michael passed away peacefully on February 20, 2020. Retired Supervisor of Matouk’s (Swan Street).
Daughter of the late Enid and Collins Reece.
Loving wife of the late John Hinds (Retired Senior Superintendent of the RBPF).
Loving mother of Jennifer and Joan (of Toronto) and the late Joycelyn.
Grandmother of Justin (Debralee) (of Toronto).
Great grandmother of Jordan.
Sister of Reuben (dec’d).
Aunt of Sandra McCollin (Toronto), Linda Williams (Atlanta) and Cecil Reece (Montreal).
Relative of the Hinds, Reece, Leslie and Austin families.

She will be deeply missed by her family, extended family and many dear friends.

The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Friday, March 06, 2020, for St. Barnabas Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:30 p.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. The organist and members of the church choir are kindly asked to attend. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects on Thursday, March 05, 2020, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. as the body of the late Imeldah Hinds reposes in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel of Lyndhurst Funeral Home.

My family and I, are sending sincere condolences to Joan, Jennifer and extended family on the passing of Meldah. We pray that God will comfort and sustain you during this difficult period. May Meldah rest in peace and rise in glory.
