JEFFERSON DeFREITAS DENNY, aged 67, of Mango Drive North, Villages at Coverley, Christ Church, formerly of Walkers Valley, St. George, dedicated member of the Walkers Valley Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, entered into rest on August 4, 2026. (Retired employee of C.O. Williams Construction Company Ltd)
Beloved Husband of Sophia Diana Denny.
Cherished Father of Krystal and Kore Denny.
Son of Ophelia Denny (UK), and of the late Fitzgerald “The Mighty Jerry” Sealy (Canada).
Grandson of Mary Waldron.
Son-in-law of Lionel and Marie Moore.
Brother of Melanese Denny (USA), Stephen Denny (UK), Maureen Phillips, the late Aldith Rawlins and Eudene Codrington.
Uncle of Junior (Joy-Ann), Martell, Katrina (USA) Joshua and Hannah (UK), Jadon, Chanecia and others.
Brother-in-law of Luell, Winfield, Errol (Sharon), Patricia, Angela (Earle), Leslie (Gloria), Richard (Karen) and Kim (Ian).
Relative of the Denny, Kinch and Boxhill families.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The body of the late Jefferson Denny will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
