My sincerest condolences to the Blackman family from Patricia Scott and family for the the lost of John. I worked with John at Pierce Furniture and Furnishings Ltd., from 1985 til 1994, He was a very pleasant and jovial person, and we always had a good relationship at work and at play, as we limed every weekend in Oistins after work. I last saw John about 3 months ago, and he gave me his phone number, which I misplaced. I was shocked when Ronlald Payne, also a former Pierce worker, called and told me that John had passed. I was shocked, as John was never a guy that was sickly or complained of any illness. He would be sorely missed. May he rest in peace, and rise in glory.
