JOHN EDMUND ‘FLOATS’ LEWIS, aged 65, of Woodbourne St. Philip and formerly of Brooklyn, New York, entered into rest on October 24, 2021. Founder and CEO of Alka Ten Inc.
Beloved Husband of Mavis Best-Lewis.
Son of the late Stanley and Daphne Lewis.
Father of Christopher Lewis (USA).
Grandfather of Christopher and Sariyah Lewis (both of the USA).
Adoptive father of Shanique Ramelize.
Dear brother of Jennifer Francis, Margot Harris and Ann Evelyn (all of Barbados), Teddy Kellman, Moneir, David, Ian and Rohan Lewis (all of the USA) and Mark Lewis (UK).
Uncle of Duaine Lewis and eleven others.
Friend of Simon and Allison Callender and many too numerous to mention.

With loving memories of one who brightened many lives and touched many hearts.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
