WESTBROOK NÉE GIBBS –JOYCE, passed away peacefully at her home in Elizabeth Park, Christ Church, on Friday, September 21, 2018. Her funeral was held at Coral Ridge on Friday, September 28th, 2018. She is survived by her three children, Ann Hunte, Fred Gibbs and James Gibbs.
'Ubuntu' I am because We are standing on the foundation built by Social Worker Legends. Much of today is being built on COVID 19. It has caused much delayed grief, new funeral arrangements and new fears to enter a funeral home or to touch a loved one.
