Daughter of the late Louis and Ida Blackman.
Sister of Mrs. Andi Simon, Mr. Wayne Blackman and the Late Beverley, Louis and Roger Blackman.
Aunt of Dawn Simon Clem, Karen Simon Prisner and Louis Andre Blackman.
Cousin of Colvin, Gregory, Luton and Deborah.
Relative of Wendy and Junior and family, the Deane, Alleyne, Holloway, Grant, Agard, St. John, Maynard, Headley, Blackman and Wilson families.
Friend of Justice Christopher Blackman, Lolene Luke of Canada and many others.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at St. Stephens Anglican Church, Black Rock, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. followed by a private cremation. No flowers by special request. The body of the late Judy Yvonne Blackman will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
