BLANCHE – JUNE CYNTHIA, aged 66, of Flat Rock, St. George entered into rest on June 30, 2023.
Longstanding Employee of the Bynoe Family. Member of the St. Augustine Church Choir, Mothersโ€™ Union Group, Health Ministry and Diocesan Mothersโ€™ Union Choir. She was also an avid member of the Barbic Choir, Grace Inclusive Singers and the Ambulance Brigade. Granddaughter of the late Ophelia Skeete. Daughter of the late Ruby Blanche and Winfield Hollingsworth. Mother of Corey Blanche. Grandmother of Kareem and Kijah Blanche. Sister of Beverly, Patricia, Margaret, Clairmont, Winfield, Peter, Paul, Vibert, the late Christopher and David Blanche. Aunt and Great-aunt of many. Cousin of many. Relative of the Blanche, Lynch and Hollingsworth families. Friend of Hettie Fields, Sheila Parris, Grace Reece and many others. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at St. Augustine Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The body of the late June Blanche will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 4:00 โ€“ 6:00 p.m.
