Daughter of the late Jasmine and O’Neal (Bob) Lorde. Mother of Renee’ Beckles and Rasheed Lorde. Grandmother of Keanna Drummond, Kadesh, Khaleah and Zieahn Beckles. Great-grandmother of Zara Straughn. Mother-in-law of Pedro Beckles. Sister of Esther Lovell and Marva Gittens. Sister-in-law of Grantley Gittens and Gregory Lovell. Aunt of Karianne Sobers, Marlon, Kevin, Damien, Dario and Deandra Lorde, Sharalee and Kesley Gittens. Cousin of Patrick Browne and Beverley Butcher (USA), Reverends Joan Hope, Lennox, Albion and Ronalston Wiggins, Ian, Hartley, Julian, Steve, Lucia, Adrian and Shelly Wiggins, Harcourt and Olridge Browne, Cecilia Bourne, Rosalie Bignall, Selina and Winston Barrow and many others. Niece of Alvin, Ermina and David Wiggins and Vangie Browne. Relative of the Lorde, Wiggins, Browne, Butcher, Best, Barrow, Jordan, Garnes and Yarde families. A service of worship and celebration for Lorna Loletta Lorde takes place on Saturday, October 01, 2022 at the chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. No mourning colours by special request. The body of the late Lorna Loletta Lorde will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
