LUCILLE CHARLOTTE BRATHWAITE nee HAREWOOD, aged 88, of 75 Wendy Crescent, London, Ontario, Canada and formerly of Duncan’s, St. Philip and Belair, St. George entered into rest on January 27th, 2024.
Daughter of the late Reginald Harewood and Vera Alleyne-Harewood.
Wife of the late Evans McGregor Brathwaite.
Sister of the late Clarence Miller and Bartley Weekes.
Aunt of Agnella Miller-Cooke of Florida and Archibald Miller of Brooklyn.
Cousin of the late Randolph, Winston, and Anthony Alleyne. Survived by cousins Enid, Richard, Rhodean, Andrew and Lisa Alleyne.
Sister-in-law of Candace, Tyrone, and Angela Belle. The late Keith Brathwaite and Ormond Belle.
Relative of the Alleyne, and Harewood families of Barbados, Canada, and the USA.
Friend of David (Grantley) Elcock, Ethelbert Millar, Leeson Bourne, Carlton and Barbara Williams, Lynn Stephens, Cora Campbell, Mark, and Dawn Young all of London, Ontario.
A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Coral Ridge Memorial Chapel, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
