Former Clerical Officer of the Barbados Industrial Development Corporation and former member of The St. Matthias 7:00 a.m. Choir. Daughter of the late Jules and Leotta Medford. Sister of the late Carlisle Medford. Aunt of Colin and Dwight Medford, Exzera Gaskin and the late Paul Brathwaite. Great-aunt of Andre, Corey, Hannah, Shonté, Skye and Raine. Great great-aunt of Ake-ysha Worrell. Adopted aunt of Marion Medford, ja’Net Brathwaite, Uralie Lashley, Gina Cummins and many others. Cousin of Stanley Medford, Clifford, Junior and Paul Rowe. Relative of the Medford, McNicol and Armstrong families. Friend of Dr. Trevor Martyr and staff, Rev. Trevor Daniel and family, Gail Butcher, Thelma Rock, Derrick Edghill, Pearl Phillips, Joan Fredericks-Thompson, Carol Toppin, Karin Hurley, Geoffrey Babb, David Brathwaite, Hulda Bowen, Marlyn Applewaite and Ms. Garner of Massy Worthing Pharmacy, Mary Miller, Mark Prescod and many others. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the chapel of Westbury Cemetery, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The body of the late Lucille Medford will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
