Words seem so inadequate at a time like this. However, I wish to express sincere condolences to Mitchelle and the entire family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. For the lives that he touched, may we find peace and comfort in the fond memories of Charlie (Lubin).

Charlie, as we all knew him taught me at BCC, later when he was the Quantity Surveyor at Rayside Asphalt Paving Company, he asked me if I would join him as his assistant in that department, at that time the Company was doing major works. I, having being offered this opportunity to enter the world of work couldn't refuse. This was in 1989, and our working relationship and friendship grew from then.
I was able to make him proud and continued working there for the next 31 yrs.
Thank you Charlie, I will never forget the days of cleaning the Stellar (every day) . All that I have achieved in life I owe it to that start you provided. I extend my Condolences to your Spouse, mother, siblings and all relatives.
Sleep Well. R.I.P

My Sympathy extended all members of the family and may God comfort you at this time. I met Major Maxwell while I was on a work assignment in December 2019 and he was a very influential person and articulate and passionate about his work. May God be with you all at this time.

Charlie was one of my closest friends. As a work colleague, I trusted him with my life and as he trusted his with me. Our lives often overlapped, including standing for each other at our weddings. I have no regrets regarding our friendship, as I often thought of him more as a brother than a close friend. Rest in peace my by brother, I will treasure the memories of our adventures together. Friends and brothers forever.
