EDWARD – MARCELLINE, age 73, of Green Park Lane, Baxters Road, St. Michael and formerly of Sarot, Castries, St. Lucia entered into eternal rest on January 21, 2024. Daughter of the late Elizabeth (née Jules) and Everad Arthur. Mother of Juanita Edwards-Griffith, Sonny and Junita Edward and Angela Arthur-Isaac (née Franklyn). Grandmother of Nyisha and Aaliyah Isaac, Jahiem, Kiara, Zavier and Zariah Edward, Jahniqua and Jahkyrah Alleyne and Arielle Leach. Great-grandmother of Kyrie Miller and Nyella Connell. Sister of Adelaide, Rachel, Estella, Moses and Eddison Edward, Stephen and Andrina Jules, the late Federick Jules, Tenneson Edward, Sheila Jonque and Hughes Arthur. Aunt of Marie, Paul and Leo Edward, Victor, Francis and Corinne Arthur, Angel Roserie (née Arthur), Natasha, Bina and Ricky Jongue and many others. Great-aunt of Angella and Rhoda Edward, Dwayne and Nelita Arthur and many others. Mother-in-law of Shakira Jordan, Jahwaha Alleyne and Ryan Cox. Relative of the Edward, Jules and Arthur families. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:30 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. The body of the late Marcelline Edward will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
