Member of The Church of Christ the King choir and Si Nomen Singers of Barbados.
Daughter of the late Merton and Grace Bowen.
Wife of Gordon Bishop.
Mother of Keenan Bishop.
Sister of David Bowen, Monica Hinds, Joan Pilgrim (USA), and the late Cecily Bourne, Hallam Bowen and Carol Bowen.
Aunt of Kurt Bourne, Keisha Payne, Damian and Damara Bowen, Reina Hinds (USA) Kojo and Kayode
Pilgrim (USA).
Sister-in-law of Montege Bowen, Antonio Pilgrim (USA), Sonia “Maggie” Bishop, Marcia Sawney
(Canada) and the late Frances “Tony” Bourne.

A service of thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at The Church of Christ The King,
Rock Dundo, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 9:30 a.m. for tributes and 10:00
a.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home
no later than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. The body of the late Marcia Bishop will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
