My condolences to the family of Mr. Oran. It is never easy to cope with the loss of a loved one. How comforting God's promise of the resurrection is at John 5:28,29. Also Revelation 21:4 highlights that the time will come when death, pain and mourning will be no more. We can trust in God's promises.

Marshall Oran will forever in our hearts be remembered as one of the pioneers of manufacturing and commercial development in Barbados. When he established Oran Limited more than 50 years ago, that signalled the start of an enduring relationship with the BIDC, marked by the family-run enterprise’s development into a leading manufacturer, active exporter, major employer, longstanding tenant and neighbour. We express thanks for the years he dedicated to building our nation and contributing to our economic growth.
Our warmest condolences to relatives and friends during this difficult time.
From the Board, Management & Staff of the BIDC
