Mary Walkes

WALKES – MARY ELIZABETH, late of Belleplaine, St. Andrew entered into rest on April 28, 2025. Daughter of the late Edmund and Elaine (Meta) Walkes. Sister of Marion Williams, Frederick, Gervas (John), Patrick Walkes, the late Winston, Anderson and Asenath (Addy) Walkes, Eunice Clarke and Cynthia Cumberbatch. Aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend of many. Relative of the Allsopp, Browne, Clarke, Corbin, Goodridge, McClean, Morson, Phillips, Roach, Rock-Wright, Vaughan, Walkes and Williams families. Member of the Breath of Life Church family.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at The Breath of Life Seventh-day Adventist Church, Whitehall Main Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. The cortège will then proceed to Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
