CADOGAN – MURIEL DESMOE, aged 97, of Prospect, St. James entered into rest peacefully on September 24, 2023. Wife of the late Drayton Cadogan. Mother of Maureen Cadogan better known as “Reen” (deceased), Vincent, Carl and Pat Cadogan. Grandmother of Peter, Sherry, Annette, Shawn, Vincent, Davey, Donna, Lisa, Lisa L., Nicole, Brett, Carol and Zachary. Great-grandmother of Peter Jr, Mandy, Simone, Sean, Drayann, Jonathan, Tyrique, Nico, Casey (deceased), Kayla, Texeira, Tana’rii, Julissa, Ashley, Madison, Dalan, Rico, Daniel, Joshua, Amber, Jade and Akeil. Great great-grandmother of Aniyah, Anthony, Asia, Amari, Amira, Evan, Lucas, Paige, Nola, Jru, Jaden, Ila, Matéo and Zhavia. Mother-in-law of Jean Cadogan. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Abundant Life Assembly, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Thursday. The body of the late Muriel Cadogan will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
