MYRLENE VERONICA CRICHLOW nèe BARNETT, aged 78, of #38 Warrens Terrace, St. Thomas, entered into rest on January 17, 2024. Retired Secretary at the Barbados Yacht Club, The Modern High School and devoted member of Ermine Holmes Memorial Trust and the St. Jude’s Anglican Church.
Daughter of the late Elsie Barnett and Maurice Haynes.
Wife of Desmond Ralph Crichlow, retired Senior Assistant Registrar of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies.
Mother of Dr. Ayana Crichlow (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) and Anika Crichlow (Pine View Medical Centre).
Grandmother of Jahnika and Zoey Crichlow.
Godmother of Kathy ann Crichlow and many others.
Sister of Sandra Mason, Erma Nicholls, Waldo, Beverley, Jefferson and Joyann Gooding.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. Followed by the interment. Mourning colours are optional. Donations can be made to the Ermine Holmes Memorial Trust. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.The body of the late Veronica Myrlene Crichlow will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
