LEACOCK née BENSKIN – NAIYA LAURIAN, age 12 of Edgehill, St. Thomas. Student of the Alleyne School. Daughter of Grace Benskin-Leacock and Ronald Leacock (Acting Deputy Principal of The Ellerslie School). Sister of Gregston, Alexia and Lauron Leacock, Laurent and Nadia Benskin. Aunt of Kaley Leacock. Niece of Janice and Carlos Smith, Ieilda Alleyne, Lloyd Leacock, Carmen, Dalton, Glordine, Keith, Edric and Judine Prescod, Angella Benskin, Lynette Greaves, Romana Weekes, Faye Sandiford, Beverley Blades, Sonia Reeves and Sophia Hoyte. Cousin of Beverley Leacock, Joy Nicholls, Wynelle Greaves, Kirk Prescod, Zakiyyah Sandiford and many more.  God-daughter of Jennifer Jones, Pat Bowen, Tracey Layne, Janice Forde, Rodney Mullington, Trevor Daniel and Stephen King. Friend of the 2018 Graduating Class of Sharon Primary School, Form 1Y of the Alleyne School and Rock Hall, St. Thomas Christian Mission Sunday School. The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Saturday, June 22, 2019, for the Christian Mission Gospel Tabernacle, Lightfoot Lane, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. for the tributes and 2:00 pm for the service of thanksgiving. The cortège will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Saturday. Mourning colours are optional but ‘blue’ would be appreciated. The body of the late Naiya Laurian Leacock will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel on Friday, June 21, 2019, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
