Tremendously saddened by Oliver's untimely passing. He was a true Caribbean man- ever interested in the Region's culture and legal development; always abreast of what was happening in these areas. Oliver's personality was as warm as his ever present smile and infectious laughter. He has affected us near and far. It is an honour to have been a law schoolmate and friends with him over the years. He will be gravely missed.
