BLACKETT – PEARLE RUBY, aged 88, of St. Matthias, Christ Church, formerly of Indian Ground, St. Andrew, entered into rest on June 5, 2026.
Beloved mother of Heather Lewis and grandmother of Adiella and Jabari Lewis. Aunt of Cynthia, Anthony and Monsignor Vincent H. Blackett. Relative of the Blackett, Best and Worrell families. A thanksgiving service for the life of Pearle Ruby Blackett, will be held on Friday June 26, 2026 at The People’s Cathedral where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 11:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
