Rose Philippa Pompey passed into rest peacefully at home in Paynes Bay, St James, on February 14th, 2025.
Dedicated wife of Laddie Pompey for 43 years,
Devoted mother of the late John George,
Loving grandmother to Alexandra George,
Loving cousin to Mary Pierce and her children, and the George family.
Dear friend of Beverly Husbands, Catherine Cox, and Leota Thomas.

Rose was deeply loved and fondly remembered by her community of Paynes Bay and her Church family at Our Lady Queen of the Universe in Black Rock.

A service celebrating the life of Rose will be held on Saturday March 1st at 10: 00 am at Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, followed by internment at Serenity Lawns, Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. A viewing will be held in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Friday February 28th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
