ARMSTRONG NÉE CLARKE – SHEILA DOROTHEA, aged 101, late of #89 Mullins Terrace, St. Peter. Retired Registered Nurse of the Speightstown Health Centre. Daughter of the late Charles Culpepper Worme and the late Beatrice Antoinette Clarke. Widow of Ernest Carlyle Armstrong. Mother of John Richard and Dorothea “Dolly” Armstrong and the late Margaret Antoinette “Ann” Armstrong. Grandmother of Master Liam John Carlyle Armstrong. Twin-sister of the late Agnes Pauline Tucker (formerly of Brooklyn, N.Y.). Step-mother of the late Eda Ileen Armstrong. Aunt of Honor Pamela Clarke (Calgary, Alberta). Great-aunt of Julia Belgrave-Selby, John Stanley Belgrave Jr. and William Tyler Belgrave (all of Calgary, Alberta). Great-great-aunt of Jasmine Pamela Belgrave (Calgary, Alberta). Cousin of Stephen Trevor Worme. After a long and faithful life, Sheila died surrounded by her beloved children, Richard and “Dolly”. She will be deeply missed by her brothers and sisters in fellowship, with whom she served for over 85 years. The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Saturday, March 30, 2019, for the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Saturday.
