SHIRLEY MARLENE HARRIS, aged 76, of Cane Garden, St. Thomas. Former Housekeeping Manager of Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, entered peacefully into rest.

Daughter of the late Idalia Bedford.
Devoted wife of Winston Harris.
Beloved mother of Sandra Lowe and Mark Harris.
Cherished grandmother of Latoya Bradshaw, Rafael Lowe and Aidan Edwards.
Proud great-grandmother of Delani Burrowes.
Sister of the late Colin, Rudolph, Lynetha, Victor and Mervyn Bedford, and a cherished extended sister of the Cyrus family of the United Kingdom.
Dear mother-in-law of Matthew Lowe.
Beloved sister-in-law of Carmen Bedford and Tyrone Carrington.
Treasured aunt of Pamela Haynes, Veronica Bedford, Serena Carrington, Kerry Roberts, Glyne Bedford and Richard Bedford.
Loving friend of Yvonne Lovell, Grace Nurse, Paula Fields and Tamisha Moseley.
She will also be fondly remembered by the Bedford, Harris and Cyrus families, together with her many other relatives, friends, former colleagues and all whose lives she touched.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at James Street Methodist Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
