Father of Kashera and Keon Noel.
Stepfather of Richard and Shane Brathwaite.
Grandfather of Amaya Snagg.
Brother of Frederick Jones.
Son-in-law of Arnold Weekes.
Brother-in-law of Kathyann and many others.
Friend of Sharon, Trevor, Reggie, Michael, Hal, Abdul, Ricky, Tyrone, Paige, The Clapham Community, Corbin’s Garage and many others.

A service of celebration will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at The Church of Nazarene, Upper Collymore Rock, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to The Frangipani Lawns of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Mourning colours are optional. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. The body of the late Siefert Noel will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
