Daughter of the late Olga Forde. Widow of the late St. Sgt. Ewart Benn. Mother of Mona Warwick, Jacqueline and Kenwyn Benn (all of the USA) and Jennifer Benn. Grandmother of 10. Great Grandmother of 9. Mother-in-law of Martin Warwick. Relative of Dr. the Rev. Overton Gilkes and the Ward, Forde and Marshall families. Friend of many.
The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Friday, March 29, 2019, for the Cathedral Church of Saint Michael and All Angels where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home, no later than 8:00 a.m. on Friday. The body of the late Vera Sylvia Benn will repose at the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Thursday, March 28, 2019, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
