Virginia Burrowes

VIRGINIA MAYDENE BURROWES, aged 77, of Carrington Village, St. Michael and formerly of Flat Rock, St. George, entered into rest on October 7, 2025.

Daughter of the late George and Enid Burrowes.
Sister of Julian Payne also known as Maurice Burrowes, Sylvan and Bryan Burrowes, and the latte Germaine, Lorenzo and Alva Burrowes.
Aunt of Angela, Oswald, Glendine, Waveney and Pearlita Payne, Sophia Morris, Wendy Allman, Beverley Miller, Trevor Stuart, Joann Roach, Charles and Susan Holligan, Shevanne and Alysa Burrowes.
Relative of the Payne, Burrowes and Bascombe families of Flat Rock, St. George.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the Carrington Wesleyan Holiness Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to the St. George Parish Church for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
