Husband of late Vera Forde. Father of Patrick and Anderson Forde, Irma Alleyne and the late Vernese Weekes. Grandfather of Clarissa, Steven and Patrick Forde, Veronica and Michael A Weekes Jr., Karim, Omar and Dr. Alisha Alleyne. Great-Grandfather of Saniya Forde, Savannah, Matthew and Michael A Weekes III and Aleah Cates. Brother of Rev. Granville Forde, Marlise and late Alma, Winston and Clyde Forde. Father-in-Law of Evelyn Forde, Cuthbert Alleyne and Michael A Weekes Sr. Uncle of Beverly, Jennifer, Sonia and Dawn. Brother-in-Law of Joan and late May and Launa Forde. Relative and friend of many too numerous to mention.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
