I met Mr. Price during his tenure as Facilities Manager at the then HMBS PELICAN, home of the Barbados Coast Guard. Mr. Price was a storyteller, and regaled us young and not so young officers with recounts of his life experiences.

He was knowledgeable and never one not to offer his professional advice. On his retirement, as happens when persons transition to other stages of life, ties were eroded to the occasional social media passing.

Mr. Price was a gentleman and left his mark on all he met.

May he rest in peace. ✝️
