The family of the late IANTHE (Browne Carter) KNIGHT, affectionately known as “Big Mum,” aged 101, of Upper Carters Gap, Enterprise, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026 at the age of 101. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bismark Dacosta-Drayton and Clarice Everlin Browne; her husband, Mitchell Carter; her children, Leo Carter, Dr John Carter, Sandrine (Carter) Knight, and Lisle Carter; her siblings, Berkley Barrow, Eulene Weekes, and Vita Walcott; and her niece and nephew, Seedi and Keith.
