In Loving Memory of Enid Eugenia Austin 1934 – 2026 Enid Eugenia Austin, affectionately known and loved by many as Jean, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the age of 91. A retired Registered Psychiatric Geriatric Nurse and Cosmetologist, Enid devoted her professional life to the compassionate care of the elderly living with mental illness. Nursing was more than her profession—it was her calling. Through decades of dedicated service, she offered comfort, dignity, and kindness to countless patients and their families, leaving an enduring legacy of compassion and excellence. In her retirement years she volunteered as the secretary for the Alzheimers Association and volunteered as a nurse at a local clinic, and for wellness events through James Street Methodist Church. She also loved doing hair and became very creative in her craft. Born to the late Iris and Lawrence M. Bailey, as the 2nd child of 5, Enid was the cherished granddaughter of the late William H. Yearwood and Augusta Yearwood, and David Adolphus Bayley and Agatha Janette Franklin- Bayley. CELESTINE YVONNE OUGH, aged 74, of Ottawa, Canada, entered into rest on July 17, 2026. Wife of Barrie Ough. Mother of Jackie and Thelma Ough. Daughter of the late Thelma Griffith. Sister of George and Birkby Griffith. Sister-in-law of Tamisha Griffith. Aunt of Rochelle and Ricardo, Marsha and Fiona Griffith. Relative of the Griffith, Butcher, Massiah, and Pearce families.
