Mother of David Burke, Corporal Victor Burke (B.D.F.) and Patricia Slinger.
Grandmother of Nicholas Gibson, Biancca and Samantha Greene.
Sister of Daphne, Hazel and David Burke, Maureen Brandis, Audrey Sargeant and Delcina Callender.
Aunt of Sandra, Maxin and Sonia Burke, Paul Brandis, Donna Payne, Angela, Rosemary and Charles (U.K.) and many others.

The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Friday, June 30, 2017, for Bethel Methodist Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:30 p.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The body of the late Gwendolyn Slinger will repose in The Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
