Bill hired me when he set up Blackstone Frank's Spanish offices in 1988. Thanks for the opportunity Bill. He was a great bloke, top boss and unrivalled public speaker. Condolences to Hailey. 🙏 Bill.

My deepest condolences to Hayley and the entire family. It is with great sadness that I got to know the news about Bill, a dear person to me, a friend in difficult times, and client for many years.
I am truly devastated. May Bill's soul rest in peace now.

I met Mr Blevins on a few occasions after he became my neighbour at Paynes Bay, St James and found him to be very friendly and helpful.

Donna, my assistant, and I were very sorry to hear of his death and wish to pass on our condolences to his wife and family.
