ALBERT BINDLEY PHILLIPS, aged 78, late of #33 Park Avenue, Ealing Park III, Christ Church, entered peacefully into rest on September 20, 2023. Retired Director of Rayside Construction Co. Ltd. Member of the Lions Club of Barbados South.
Son of the late Leon and Clara Phillips.
Son-in-law of the late Wilbert and Estelle Ward.
Husband of the late Joan Phillips.
Father of Bindley Phillips (Emerald City Supermarket) and Selena McDonald.
Grandfather of Siera Cozier-Phillips, Emma and Hayley McDonald.
Brother of Mark Phillips.
Uncle of Richard Nyeila, Betty-Jean Patterson, Dr. Annette Reid, Dr. Fiona Aimey, Shalamar Ward, Stefan Ward, Sasha Grant and Solange Bruce.
Father-in-law of Alex McDonald.
Brother-in-law of Yvonne Phillips, Cecile Patterson (UK), Patrick Ward (deceased) and Joyce Hall.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at St. George Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Monday. Donations to the Myeloma Lymphoma and Leukaemia Foundation will also be graciously accepted. The body of the late Albert Phillips will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
