BISHOP EMERITUS ANTHONY HAMPDEN DICKSON, 1st Roman Catholic Bishop of Bridgetown—Kingstown, aged 87, late of St. Patrick’s Presbytery, Lady Meade Gardens, St. Michael, entered into rest on November 29, 2022.
Son of the late Daisy and Colin.
Cousin of Luke Duncan and his wife Julieanne, and Sidney Hunziker and her son Richard.
A Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated on Monday, December 12, 2022 at the St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cathedral, Jemmotts Lane, St. Michael, at 2:00 p.m. Tributes will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Cathedral cemetery. No flowers by request.
Evening Prayer and Reception of the Body will take place on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cathedral. The body of the late Bishop Anthony Hampden Dickson will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
