SMALL – CECIL SEBASTIAN, aged 89 of Osborn Street, Brooklyn, New York entered into rest on March 16, 2022. Husband of the late Catherine Cleopatra Small. Father of Brian Small, Wendy Ann Mayers, Phyllis Marshall, Cheryl (dec’d), Anthony, Terrance (dec’d), Brenda, Patricia, Debra, Julian, Junior, Nigel, Abiola and Alison Small. Grandfather of many. Great-grandfather of many. Brother of Pearl Wills (dec’d), Eleanor Cumberbatch (dec’d), June Cadogan (dec’d), Barbara, Beatrice, Winston and Anthony Small. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Monday, April 04, 2022 at the chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday. The body of the late Cecil Sebastian Small will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Sunday, April 03, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
