Retired Chef of Golden Sands Hotel. Mother of Monica Toppin (USA), Sheila Mayers and Michael Harewood. Grandmother of Ryan Harewood, Regina Hoyte, Travis Haynes, Rae Jr. and Rea Toppin (USA) , Fabian Harewood, Jamar Mayers, Stacia Fitzpatrick, Pernel Cadogan, Dionne, Dario and Shereece Harewood. Sister of the late Ione Hurley, Darnley, Clyde and Hazel Harewood. Aunt of Denzil, Collin, Kenneth and Valerie Hurley, Mark, Maria, Cherly, Ricardo, Paul, Beverley, Alan and Shelley Harewood, Maureen Butt (USA) and Lucine Harewood (Canada). Great-grandmother of 18. Great great-grandmother of 2. Mother-in-law of Rae Toppin (USA) and Claudric Mayers. Friend of Dennis Tull and Pius Martelly. The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Tuesday, December 01, 2020 for the Cane Vale Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Cane Vale Road, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. for the service of thanksgiving. The cortège will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The body of the late Ethelina “Ma” Harewood will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
