JOHN née CLARKE: Gwendoline Eunice, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2024 in Trinidad & Tobago where she resided for over 50 years. Formerly of Marchfield Village Road, St. Philip, she was the
Daughter of Constance Franklin (née Clarke) and Allamby Squires (both deceased).
Step-daughter of Wilton Franklin (deceased).
Wife of Worrell John (deceased).
Mother of Wayne and Wendy John, Brenda Cumberbatch (née Clarke) and Patrick Clarke (deceased).
Grandmother of Fiona and Grace John, Jean-Luc and Josée Cumberbatch.
Mother-in-law of Jean-Paul Cumberbatch and Kelly Miscovitch John.
Sister of Keith and Lee Franklin and Hudson Franklyn as well as Michael and Vincent Clarke, Joan McAllister (née Franklin), Cynthia Prescod (née Franklin) and Osbert McClean (all deceased).
Sister-in-law of Onell Clarke and Patsy Franklin.
Beloved aunt of Wayne and Ezra Prescod, Andru McAllister, Jacqui and Lin Clarke, Lora-Ann and Brian Franklin and many others.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the St. Philip Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
