The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, for the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service and interment. In lieu of flowers donations will be taken for St. David’s Church and the Barbados Cancer Society will be graciously accepted. The body of the late John Brian Simpson will repose at St. David’s Church on Monday, February 19, 2018, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. No mourning colours by special request.

We offer our sincere condolences to Angela the grieving widow, children and family on John's passing. Shelley and I cherish the fond memories of a relationship which not only involved reciprocal visits but also included participating in common social interests. Our prayers are with you.

Barbados has lost one of its most illustrious sons. John B was a one-off, and his passing will be mourned by many in all stations and walks of life in Barbados for his generosity and selfless concern for others. RIP John, your life has been a blessing to so many.
