JESSAMINE MOSES (nee Sabga), aged 91, of Golf Club Gardens, Christ Church entered into rest on August 17, 2023. Founder of the Syrian-Lebanese Women’s Association of Barbados.

Daughter of the late Assad and Miriam Sabga.
Sister of Antoine Sabga, the late Josephine Laquis, Evelyn George, Essa Sabga, Dr. Gabriel Sabga, Rudolph Sabga, Dr. Edward Sabga and Michael Sabga.
Mother of Gail Ramsay, Lorraine Abed, Martin and Nicholas Moses.
Mother-in-law of Michael Ramsay, Taan Abed and Saudia Gafoor-Moses.
Grandmother of Maria and Ark Ramsay, Jessy, Issam and Gabriel Abed, Jonathan and Andrew Moses, Kayla-Raven, Kiara-Lee and Keegan-Noah Moses.
Great-Grandmother of Alexander, Noah and Leo Abed.
Aunt, Great-aunt and Cousin of many.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cathedral, Jemmotts Lane, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. In lieu of flowers; donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society will be graciously appreciated in Jessamine’s honor. The body of the late Jessamine Moses (nee Sabga) will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
