Sister of Cecile Patterson, Joyce Bruce-Hall and Patrick Ward.
Sister-in-law of Mark Phillips.
Aunt of Richard, Angela, Betty-Jean, Fiona, Annette, Solange, Sasha, Shalamar and Stefan.
Cousin of Thelma Blackman and many others.
Close friend of Pat and Maureen Huque, Dolores Howitt, Jenny Ali, Nuly Doyle, Coral Brathwaite, Andi Simon, Sandra Gibson, Jackie Chandler and many others.
The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Friday, September 22, 2017 for St. George Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:30 p.m. for the service and interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral home no later than 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Donations to the Myeloma, Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation would also be greatly appreciated. The body of the late Joan Monica Phillips will repose in The Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

I would like to send my condolences to the family and friends of Joan. Losing loved ones aren't easy to cope with but we hold one to the wonderful memories that you have created together. I would like to leave you with a comforting scripture during this difficult time 2 Corinthians 1:3-7.
