KEITH LAVOLE FOSTER, aged 95, of Wanstead Gardens, St. Michael, entered into rest on May 27, 2026. Retired Director, Barbados Employers’ Confederation, Former Human Resources Manager, The Barbados Hilton, First Programme Manager, Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation and Barbados Rediffusion Ltd; Long-serving Member of the National Insurance Appeals Tribunal; Tutor at the Barbados Community College Hospitality Division.
Life Member of the Lions Club International, Member of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB).
Son of the late Alfred DaCosta Foster “The Duke” and Hilda Doris Foster.
Husband of the late Grace Foster.
Father of Catherine Charles and Kaye Williams, Attorney-at-Law.
Father-in-law of Dr. Brian Charles and Ronald Williams, J.P.
Grandfather of Ayana Carter, Dominique Charles, Jonathan and Lianna Williams and Makayla Williams, Attorney-at-Law.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, St. Michael, St. Mary’s Row, Bridgetown, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. Followed by the interment in the churchyard. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
