LISLE ARTHUR HARRISON MBE, JP, aged 97 of “Ridgeway”, Ventnor Gardens No.1, Rockley, Christ Church, entered into rest on October 21, 2017. Honorary Chief Commissioner and former International Commissioner of the Barbados Boy Scouts Association, former Honorary Treasurer and Warden on the St. Michael’s Cathedral Church Council, Past Substitute District Grand Master of the Scottish Constitution of Freemasons of Barbados, Past President of Lions Club Central and former executive officer of various other service organizations.

Husband of the late Marjorie Ursula Harrison née Storey
Father of Leonard, Peter and Richard Harrison
Brother of Cecil and the late Gordon, Clyde, Mitchie, Frank, Jack, Robert, Ena, Dollie, Elma and Grace.
Uncle of Owen and Neville Harrison, the late Robert, Jubie and Keith Harrison, Ronald, Louis, Ann and the late Robert and Michael Harrison (USA), Norma Harris, Geoffrey, Ronald and Michael Gittens, Margot Black, June Hazell, Norma Hunte, Antonio and Elizabeth Gonsalves, Joan Wintersgill, Doreen Smith, Maureen Gittens, Rita Wilson-Ross, Sheila Cools and the late Jean Miller.

The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Thursday, November 02, 2017, for St. Michael’s Cathedral where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m on Thursday.
