Daughter of the late Ernesta Haynes and Clyde Bailey. Common law Wife of Henry Arthur. Mother of Shawn, Michelle and Gordon Haynes, Merisa and Melissa Haynes of N.C.C., Themilia, Williamson (Samlions Bar) and Victoria Monerville Adoptive Mother of Victor Howell and Keisha Brathwaite. Grandmother of Cassandra, Diniel, Shontelle, Shonelle, Camille, Adeon, Danisha, Brianna, Jamari, Sapphire and Dana Haynes, Destiny Haynes-Harris, Alicia Stuart, Alexandria Hunte, Rawlissa and Samuel Agard, Xavier, Mekhi, Maliq and Kayleigh Monerville, Rayven Monerville-Shepherd, Syndey Rowe and Khaleesi Polonis. Great Grandmother of 12. Cousin of many, including Myrtle Reeves and the late Delores Cox. Relative of the Haynes, Cox, Bailey and Reeves families. Friend and Ex-partner of Joseph Monerville. A mother, friend, and confidant to many including recent friend, Evadney Turney.
The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Friday, April 26, 2019, for St. Mary’s Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:30 p.m. for the service. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The body of the late Maureen Olive Haynes will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home, on Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
