Michael Edward Gill, aged 83, of 9 Rowans Park, St. George entered into rest on February 19, 2020. Retired Librarian of UWI, Cave Hill Campus and Member of the Barbados Bridge League.
Husband of Cynthia.
Father of Tony and Andy.
Grandfather of Josée.
Relative of the Alleyne, Linton and Moss families.
A memorial service for the late Michael Edward Gill will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Barbados Association of Palliative Care will be graciously accepted.

I first met Michael when we were students of librarianship in Sheffield 1966-67. I remember him and Cynthia as delightful people - quite serious but great fun. I remember sharing Michael's sadness at the premature death then of Frank Worrall the great batsman.
