Hazel/Mark and the entire Bynoe and Douglas family, my heartfelt condolences to you all. Words will not wipe away your tears, hugs may not ease the pain from this loss, but hold on to the memories for they will last forever.

Noel’s favorite quote was “memories don’t go like people do”

I am glad that I was able to spend some quality time with her before she passed.
May Noel Rest In Peace and rise in glory.
