Dear Beatrice Byer Bayle, words can not just complete what I want to say about your dad mr Trevor ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ. I met your dad in Nigeria during his working days in Nigeria. He was absolutely acomplete gentle man and focus on his job. I respect him a lot because he never stayed a moment without talking about you. He is a kind of man that knows how to pull the best out of someone even when the person doesnโt believe in his or herself, Trevor will follow a person up to see that the best came out of the person. As a journalist here in Nigeria when I met him 1998 or thereabout he said to me two things I will never forget . 1: He said as a journalist have u ever thought of been an author, writing books? I laughed and said to him no I have not and I donโt know how to start , he was happy and kept laughing at me after he finished laughing he now gave me a very crucial topic as an assignment to go and write on How I WAS DISVIRGINED. I felt why should I publish my personal secret but your dad insisted which I did. After I finished I submitted it to him he read through and from they I knew I could be an an author. 2: He told me that he sees me in the fashion industry in future I would be celebrated as a celebrity in these two areas if I can be focus to pursue the dream.
He impacted me with so many things especially self confidence etc I really learnt a lot from him.
๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ I have searched for him since he left Nigeria, so I decided to not give up my search on him because I have finished writing some books and the poems he asked me to write for him which I wanted to know I was going to send them to him ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ just for me to see his obituary after finally finding him. He was a mentor a friend my confidant etc. But my joy is to see his funeral service in church because I remember giving him a Bible as a little token to appreciate him for bringing the best in me. I AM PROUD HE DIED IN THE LORD. Beatrice May the Lord comfort you and all the Byers families may His peace and mercies not depart from you people in the name of Jesus. TREVOR FAREWELL AND REST IN PEACE . We would all miss you greatly

Topic: Grieving Differently with COVID 19
In this Social Work Season 2021 of Love and Loss ... Sunday March 21 takes us to a place of 'Loss'
'Ubuntu' I am because We are standing on the foundation built by Social Worker Legends. Much of today is being built on COVID 19. It has caused much delayed grief, new funeral arrangements and new fears to enter a funeral home or to touch a loved one.
To take us through this COVID 19 Grieving differently is Mr. Peter Griffith, Funeral Director of Lyndhurst Funeral Home.
