CLARKE – TREVOR WILTON, affectionately known as “T. Clarke”, aged 72, of Lot #8, Ruby Park, St. Philip entered into rest on June 12, 2022. Former 1st Division Cricket Captain of the St. Catherine Cricket Team. Son of the late Lisle and Ira ‘Hilda’ Clarke. Husband of Alitha Clarke. Father figure to Shamar and Shaquan Belle, Jamal Straughn, Orson Walcott, Roger Cox, Michael Lee and Ricardo Elliott. Brother of Elrita Watson Neiswander (USA), Jean Schurr (CDA), Evelyn ‘Jack’ (USA), Cora Clarke, Melzina Forde, Jennifer Phillips, the late Henderson Clarke (UK) and John Clarke. Uncle of Velda Sargeant, Elena Branker and sixteen others. Nephew of Carl Griffith and Marion Gooding. Cousin of Ordene Taylor, Dr. Ronald Clarke and Siblings, Orrie and Eichel Butcher, Hilda Browne, Coral and Arlene Gibbs, Frederick Sealy, Brian, Owen and Stephen Jordan, Juliette Knight and siblings. Son-in-law of Margaret and Harcourt Greenidge. Brother-in-law of Rosemary Belle, Phylis Clarke, Brian Greenidge, Anthony and Carol Harewood. Relative of the Clarke, Stuart and Jordan families. Dear friend of Martin Belle, Ralph Boucher, David Butcher, Leslie and Livingstone Clarke, Henderson Franklyn (dec’d), Guy Gittens, Kerri Holder, Bernard Knight, Catherine Mason, Coralita Prescott, Clyde Sealy, Kenneth Turton, Keith Ifill, Winston Browne, Dave Alleyne and many others. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at St. Catherine Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. for the service, followed by the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. The body of the late Trevor Wilton Clarke will repose in the St. Catherine Social and Sports Club, Bayfield, St. Philip on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Kindly note that all COVID-19 protocols will be effect.
