VENETIA DORIS MORRIS, aged 91, of Thompson Land, Fitts Village, St. James entered into rest on April 23, 2024. Member of the St. Peter’s Parish Church Mother’s Union.
Mother of Gail, and Roy Morris, Margo Morris-Greene, Geralyn Edward, Ronnie and Suzette Morris-Setterberg (both of U.S.A), Andy Morris (Canada) and the late Geoffrey Morris.
Grandmother of Raymond, Romar, Janelle, Chanet and Rafiq Morris, Nikada Brewster, Shayne and Brandon Edward, Ryan Walters (U.K), Ryan Morris (USA), Isaiah, Rohan and Annette Morris (all of Canada) and Alexis-Kennedy Higgins.
Great-grandmother of Trekida, Amara, Makhaya, Rhys, Rory, Kayla, Maya, Rèy and Jude.
Aunt of Warren and Simonette Morris, Dianne and Margaret Crichlow (U.S.A) and Terry Clarke.
Mother-in-law of Barbara Morris, Cheryl Marshall-Morris and Karl Greene.

A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at St. Peter’s Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
