GRAHAM NÉE WELCH – VERNA EILEEN, aged 89, of 6th Avenue Harts Gap, Christ Church, entered peacefully into rest on Sunday, April 14, 2019. Former Crafts Teacher at the Girls Industrial Union. Daughter of the late Violet and Charles Welch. Sister of Denis Welch (Canada) and the late Frank, Alma and Cyril Welch. Cousin of Rodney Mayers (Chelsea Road, St. Michael) and Barbara Eastmond (Clermont, St. Michael). Sister-in-law of Frederica and June Welch (both of Canada). Aunt of several including John, Curtis, Charles and Stephen Welch (all of Canada) and Ronald Grant (Barbados). Great-aunt of several including Justin, Marika, Shavon, Andrew, Catherine, Elijah and Brooklyn and Quartez (all of Canada). The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Thursday, April 25, 2019, for St. Matthias Anglican Church, Hastings, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for a service of celebration and thanksgiving. The organist and members of the church choir are kindly asked to attend. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
