SCOTT – VIOLET EUGENE, better known as “Sybil” or “Ma”, aged 85, of Harmony Hall Gap, Barbarees Hill, St. Michael, entered into rest on November 05, 2020. Mother of Beverley Scott, David Scott (USA) and the late Patricia Scott-Goodridge. Grandmother of Heather, Jeffrey, Amanda, Liam and Michael Scott, Reco Lewis and Krisla Knight. Great-grandmother of Tamara, Jonathan, Destiny and Christian Scott and Alexis Lewis. Aunt of Korea, Roger, Jeffrey and Mary-Louise Scott. Cousin of Karl Banfield. Mother-in-law of Deborah Scott (USA). Sister-in-law of Monica Scott (USA). Adoptive grandmother and advisor to many, local and abroad. Dear Friend of the Simmons, Benn, Corbin, Hinkson, Marville, Hope and Bradshaw families, Barry Whitehead, Hallam Barker and many others too numerous to mention. The funeral leaves Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 for St. Leonard’s Anglican Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service and interment. Flowers may be sent to Lyndhurst Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The body of the late Violet “Sybil” Scott will repose in the Colin Parkinson Memorial Chapel, Lyndhurst Funeral Home, on Monday, November 23, 2020 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
